Putting the budget bill aside for a moment, Congress passing fewer laws I hope is the start of a positive trend. Fewer opportunities for pork and think of all the trees saved with less printing. I w ok uld like to see Congress repeal laws ... that would be a better measure of their actions.

If they were doing that, I might feel differently but they aren’t. They literally are doing nothing.
