It’s setting up to be a big week in MAGA Land and that means a busy one in the Gazebo! DJT heads to the ME for a summit and then to meet with leaders in neighboring countries. This morning at 9 a.m., he signs an EO on drug pricing, something the sold-out Republicans and Dems refused to touch.

DJT’S WAR ON DRUG PRICING.

He told us yesterday re: his next Truth would be his most consequential and he didn’t disappoint:

American taxpayers been ripped off for decades in the BS cause of research & development. If paying for R&D was really true, then the ethical thing would be to reward us with the cheapest prices, but medicine is a money-sucking business now so they chose to gouge us instead. BP had no ethical qualms shipping manufacturing of drugs to whichever country had the cheapest slave labor. Our elected officials got paid off by lobbyists to let this happen.

The Left won’t thank him for this. Expect the MSM and libs to lecture us on the poor around the world suffering due to increased prices and, bc of our compassion, we need to push back against this. And the icing on the cake: how this move demonstrates DJT is ray-cist. <insert eyeroll>

Trump is fighting the ‘America First’ war thru economics. More importantly, he’s exposing the Dems and weak Rs who’ve continued to allow this to happen to the American people.

TRADE DEAL WITH CHINA GETTING FINALIZED.

Yesterday a.m. we got news China & the US are close to a trade deal:

Remember this is the wanna-be neurologist, who insisted Jobama was cognitively sound after the debate.

Announcement is expected this a.m. and CNN is reporting a 90-day rollback of tariffs lowering tariffs on Chinese goods from 145% to 30%.

TT made an interesting comment that bears repeating on hammering out this deal now for China: the global exporting of Christmas/holiday goods begins in the next few weeks.

QATAR GIVING OR LENDING A PLANE TO DJT.

DJT says it’s a gift and will be a replacement for AF1, but Qatari officials are saying it’s a loan. Here’s a CNN story on the situation, which makes it sound more like a gift.

The current AF1 has been slow to be replaced. Boeing’s issues of late have contributed to that delay.

I have no answers on this ‘gift or loan’. But it does make me think ‘Hmmmm…’ so I’m keeping eyes on and recommend you do the same.

Don’t forget those surface-to-air missiles smuggled thru our southern border, which still have not been found, when looking at big picture on this. Why do I think he may need a replacement AF1 suddenly?

SAVING ISRAEL FOR LAST.

I’ve been warning that this summer is looking to get hot, hot, hot as we move to the final phase of the patriots’ move to retake America. And there is no better indicator for us than America’s relationship with Israel since we were told it was being saved for last. It looks like that breakup is coming soon:

I guess DJT & Bin Salman weren’t scared. We should anticipate recognition of Palestine as a state (again excluding Hamas) to come out of this week’s summit.
We’ve had some indicators of such an action: Hegseth canceled his trip to Israel and DJT is no longer asking SA to recognize Israel as part of its nuke deal.

Also note Witkoff & Rubio have secured the release of American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander without Israel’s knowledge. His release is expected today. Such a move, without Israel’s knowledge is another data point for the growing schism btwn the US and Israel. Alexander is the last living American hostage held by Hamas. Witkoff is working to get all deceased hostages home as well.

• It’s very interesting how all the Lib reporters/pundits, who provided air cover for Jobama, are now publishing books on his mental decline. Jake Tapper is set to release one on May 20th entitled Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again. There are so many books coming out abt Jobama’s cognitive issues, it’s almost as if it’s planned. I wonder if these ‘authors’, who think their books are CYA moves, realize that their books will be used as proof that Tall Joe had no clue that he’d approved those blanket pardons.

FINAL NOTE.

We all need a massive wake up call: Republican leaders are worthless. The GP has this story re: the House/Senate passed the lowest # of bills in 70 years! Playing controlled opposition to the Dems is no longer enough. They need to get into the arena and gladiator it out. Johnson and Thune are weak men.

I saw this a few days ago and it really resonated with me:

The House/Senate Rs stupidly thought Musk & DOGE were going to do the heavy lifting for them on budget cuts. They simply don’t have the cojones to make cuts themselves and possibly put targets on their own backs. Instead they happily ride DJT & DOGE’s coattails while they take all the slings and arrows.

Their budget is still mired in DC fighting as cuts in Medicaid and new requirements for those who can physically work still need to be finalized. Any cuts in Medicaid will be vastly unpopular and unnecessary if they’d done the work they needed to do instead of going to boozy lunches with lobbyists and taking off more than working.

Their new tax plan will be released today and is expected to cost $5T. WTAF?!?!?!?!

They are lazy cowards. Yeah, I said it.

They will get a lot of flack today and, honestly, they deserve every bit of it.
