Have you noticed how the purple lights have different “depths” of purple? Some are so dark purple that they aren’t even helping provide street light. One I’ve seen is on the only access road to 2
large communities with 500+ homes.
There are SOOOO many around the Annapolis area. I haven’t seen 1 in Baltimore city.
