8/16/22 DAILY BRIEF. AUGUST IS ALWAYS A HOT MONTH!

WHERE ARE WE?

Short Answer: In the fog of war. Right now, there are lots of moving parts and the DS has the complicit MSM bullhorn so it seems we are losing, but I beg to differ. The fight is very real and the DS is bringing everything it can at us for its very existence. They know if there’s a red wave in November, their stranglehold on DC is effectively over. So let’s look at a few things:

• The FBI has erected fencing around its DC building. Yeah, our gov’t’s largest domestic LE organization is hiding behind a fence - let that sink in. Story here. And yeah, the DS is floating the ‘there are credible threats’ against the FBI & DOJ, but we know the play book.

• Yesterday the gov’t asked that affidavit for the M-A-L warrant not be unsealed. They used the excuse that there is another case, “completely unrelated”, that they have going against DJT. Let’s be real - if the FBI had found anything, it would 24/7 headline news.

• Let’s add to that with the DOJ admission of ‘overreach’ in taking DJT’s passports after public outrage. Story here. Now IMO this was not an accident. We know that certain DC elites have had their passports flagged for years. We were told this years ago. Don’t think for a second that taking DJT’s passports was a mistake. I am sticking with my initial thought that this was all planned (raid, taking passports/docs, even arresting/perp walking DJT) so when the tables are turned on HRC & BO, no one can cry abt a Banana Republic. Absolute Conviction on Tele floated this same theory yesterday — welcome to the party!

• Trump’s online fundraising has never been higher. The crowd outside M-A-L is getting bigger every day. If they arrest him, which I think they will bc they are too far down that path and too stupid to retreat, then he will be a martyr for the common citizen.

• Jobama is vacationing and completely silent on the raid, which means the WH is staying as far away from the raid, lest they become radioactive too.

• Tucker had an epic 30-min open last night (unusual for a 60-min show) abt the nonsensical gov’t overreach on the documents issue. You can view it here.

• J6 is falling apart. Revolver has a great story out that obliterates the pipe bomb narrative. Story here. Also Retro Tech on Twit posted that Federal Court filings show there were over 20 FBI agents embedded in the J6 crowd. And our fav Republican turncoat, Liz Cheney, may well be primary-ed out today in WY.

• Whitmer kidnapping trial is a joke.

• MSM is openly talking abt Jobama’s cognitive decline and he cannot run in 2024.

• The Pit info is out there now and can be easily found through the contacts I shared in midday post yesterday. If the DS wasn’t scared of TTV’s work, then why all the threats? Why would the FBI turn on Gregg & Catherine (saying they hacked election machines) for reporting possible election interference instead of looking at the interference?

So I say to you the fight is real and we will see some wins and losses. This is war and it’s right in front of us. Information and disinformation are all around us. Remember Art of War as you look at events…sometimes it’s good to appear weak when you are strong.

I know…Carrie, what now? Election evidence must be held for 22 months after an election and, after that date, may be destroyed. Guess which date is 22 months after 11/3/20? Yep.

Don’t drop your shorts. KP on Twit explains there is this nifty thing called a Spoilation Letter, which “puts the other side on notice that they are responsible for preserving evidence which may prove your case. It places a legal duty on them to do so (preserve the evidence).”

“Failure to comply will give legal presumption that the evidence would be harmful to their side of the case.”

I’m betting Spoilation Letters have already been sent. One step ahead. Always.

FINAL NOTE

Last week, Congress passed BBB 2.0 their Inflation Reduction Act, which does zero to reduce inflation. I wondered how Congress passed it so quickly when they are in their mandated August recess. BB on Twit did too and he offered this: under the Legislature Reorganization Act of 1970, Congress is mandated to take a recess in August unless….a state of war exists pursuant to a declaration of war by Congress.

So are we in a state of war? We have been since 9/18/01 when Congress approved the AUMF (Authorization of Military Force aka the ‘war on terror’).

So what’s going on here? Congress gets immunity from arrest while in Session. TMYK!
